CONDITIONS

• Departure from Tremblant : the shuttle follows a pre-established route on the site. Time of departure on the schedule corresponds to a specific predetermined location in Tremblant. In case of delay, the hotels are notified and can in turn advise their clients. Please check with the front desk of your hotel to find out what time the shuttle is scheduled to stop.
  
  
• Departure from Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau Airport (Dorval) : "Check-in" is done 20 minutes prior to departure from our Mont-Tremblant Express counter located at International Arrivals.
  
  
• We recommend reservations a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before departure or if the client does not
  present him/herself at time of departure.
• Shuttle travel time: approximately two hours.
• Private services are also available upon request (please contact us to reserve).
